This time we will discuss how to make Microsoft PowerPoint files safe when the computer / laptop is in trouble and must be reinstalled.
Following are the steps in Microsoft PowerPoint (example Microsoft PowerPoint 2010)
Click File, then click Options
Then click Save. Look at the Default File Locations (by default) the file will be stored in C: \ Users \ 200M \ Documents \ (200M is the identity of your computer or laptop, if your computer's identity is BUDI, it will be C: \ Users \ BUDI \ Documents \). So the files will be stored in the Libraries / documents section.
To change it replace / delete C: \ Users \ 200M \ Documents \ to "D: \" (without quotes) as shown below
Then click OK in the PowerPoint Options window. Finished.
Now try closing Microsoft PowerPoint. And reopen, you can try typing / creating or making one file, then save, then you will see that Microsoft PowerPoint will automatically be saved in the D directory.
