When we create a PDF file sometimes we forget to attach / insert several files, so the PDF file that should contain 10 pages (for example) only contains 8 pages. For example when changing Word files to PDF, it turns out that among the contents of the PDF file we want to insert attachments.
If we restart from the beginning again in creating a PDF file, it will certainly take time and effort. By using Nitro Pro 10 we can overcome that, easily inserting attachments that we need.
Follow the steps below:
Prepare the PDF file that we have created, and prepare the PDF file that we want to insert.
Open Nitro Pro 10, and open the PDF file that we have created. Then click EDIT - Insert - Insert from file (as shown below).
Next look for the file to be inserted, then click Open (as shown below)
Then the Insert Pages window will appear. Here note the Page range (ALL: if the entire page of the insert file will be inserted) or Page from (if only certain pages of the insert file will be inserted. Then note Place at - Location (After-after and Before-before) First page, Last page, or Page If we choose Place at-Location After - First Page, then the page will be inserted after the first page, and vice versa, if we choose Place at-Location Before Last Page, then the page will be inserted before the last page. choose Place at-Location After Page 2 of 4, then the page will be inserted after page 2 of the 4 pages of the PDF file that we have created. Furthermore, to reduce or discard PDF pages that are not needed are as follows.
See the picture above, click EDIT-Delete. Then look at the page we are about to discard, Current Page is the page that appears, First page is the first page of the PDF file, Pages shows the ... page of the PDF file. Then click Delete. Then the page that you want to discard will disappear as shown below. Next save. Finished
