SIMPLE TRICK OF ADJUSTING MICROSOFT WORD 2010 (Part-2)

The following is how to set the Default Pargaraph in Microsoft Word 2010 to make typing easier.

Click on Home - Paragraph

Next will appear as shown below

Next set Paragraph like in the picture above. The circled part is Alignment set to the Justified type (this means our typing sheet applies right and left flats), Spacing is set to Before 0 pt and After 0 pt (this means there is no additional distance before and after the typing line), and Line Spacing on 1.5 lines (meaning we apply a 1.5 space setting). We can also change with other settings, the example above is a type of arrangement commonly used in typing papers (while theses are generally used 2 spaces - Double)
Furthermore, the important thing is to default or apply these settings so that the settings take effect every time we open a new page (New) in Microsoft Word. The method can be seen in the following picture

Click on Set As Default. Then it will appear as shown below
Mark all documents based on the Normal Template? This means that we will apply the settings when we will type in File - New (or a new file). Then click OK

If you have done these sequences, try closing the file that you are opening, then reopening Microsoft Word 2010, and checking whether the Paragraph settings that you have Default are applied to the sheet

Thus the SIMPLE TRICK OF ADJUSTING MICROSOFT WORD 2010 (Part-2) Specifically for setting Default Alignment, Spacing (Before-After) and Line Spacing.

For setting the Default Page Layout-Page Setup can be seen in the SIMPLE TRICK OF ADJUSTING MICROSOFT WORD 2010 (Part-3)
